Personal injury awards are set to increase by 50-100% following recommendations made by The Law Commission.

The Commission, which is a government-funded legal reform body, has recommended that for claims worth over £3000, damages should be increased by between 50 and 100%, with those between £2001 and £3000 being raised by 50%.
