Axis makes international appointment
Axis Global Accident & Health has appointed Jamie Cañellas as senior vice president and business development manager for its international operations.
Mr Cañellas was previously executive director of accident & health in global markets at Willis, and has almost 20 years of experience in the accident and health sector.
He is based in Barcelona, Spain, and will be reporting to Giles Allen, international insurance manager.
Mr Allen said: “We are very fortunate Jamie has joined us at AXIS. His vast experience in the territories in which we operate, particularly Continental Europe and Latin America, will be invaluable to us as we develop our
