Oak Underwriting is a well-established company specialising in high-net-worth insurance solely dedicated to high-value homes, fine art, antiques, collections, silver and jewellery. This dedication enables Oak to offer a rare combination of tailor-made policies, experienced underwriting, quality service and worldwide protection.

Oak is part of the Somerville Group, which has diverse interests in underwriting ventures. This, coupled with the backing of Lloyd's Underwriters - Beazley - puts Oak in a strong financial position to provide a broad range of products in the high-net-worth sector and to continually develop its high standards of innovation.

Oak products are distributed exclusively through brokers and independent agents. The firm looks for a continuous degree of support in its partners and there must be a mutual interest. Oak chooses its partners with care and evaluate on a basis of financial standing but do take trust as a factor.

Oak deals with all major UK brokers and a large number of high-street and commercial brokers. Oak also works closely with its broker partners to assist in meeting compliance regulations.
