The General Insurance Standards Council Enforcement Committee has fined and publicly reprimanded Harrison Insurance Brokers for grossing up its premium. HIB has been told to repay all sums wrongfully charged and bring itself into full regulatory compliance as a condition of its continuing GISC membership. Its membership has been suspended until these conditions are satisfied.
