Europ Assistance has launched a brand awareness campaign in the UK in a bid to increase its profile through brokers.

The French assistance services company has admitted that its brand in the UK is far less established than it is on the continent, mainly because its primary distribution has been based on a B2B model.

Subsequently, it has created a brand marketing initiative called Buzz, which is based on awareness rather than customer acquisition.
