Insurecom has moved to defend its decision to phase out its old free insur-Eoffice product by December this year and replace it with TamExpress.
One broker, who did not wish to be named, said he was concerned that the software provider planned to phase out the free product and replace it with TamExpress at £78 plus VAT per seat with, he said, an additional £1,500 for training. The broker added that he was already using TamExpress which he conceded was a good product.
