I read with interest the front page report by Sarah Hills (Insurance Age, February), which is full of high-brow comments over level playing fields and Financial Services Authority (FSA) rules. However, the article missed one obvious point - customers do not want all the c**p the FSA says they require.
Customers see it as needless waste of resources; they see it as trying to confuse them with too much paper; and, finally, they see it as bureaucratic bull****. I wonder whether the FSA has ever
