MHIB and Biba launch largest ever insurance mental health survey
Head Lines: The survey will benchmark the health of people working in the insurance sector for the first time.
The British Insurance Brokers Association (Biba) and Mental Health in Business (MHIB) have launched a survey to find out how brokers, underwriters, claims professionals and everyone in the insurance space is coping mentally.
The survey, developed in line with the Thriving at Work Report’s ‘Core Standards’, is designed to help business leaders in the insurance industry to identify the positive steps they can take to build mental wellbeing resilience in their organisation.
