I want to congratulate Tony Cornell on his excellent Agenda column last month, as I thought that his comments and observations were spot on.
I hope every insurance company chief executive reads the article and realises that the existing structure of commissions - I have recently heard unsubstantiated rumours of up to 50% being paid for property business - is completely unsustainable and could result in a 'meltdown' of the insurance industry.
