I was disappointed to read the headline 'Networks tighten contracts to gain greater hold over member...
I was disappointed to read the headline 'Networks tighten contracts to gain greater hold over members' in the February 2008 edition of Insurance Age. This is because the article wrongly assumes that all networks have tightened contractual obligations in regards to their members. However, in the case of Broker Network (TBN), this is entirely incorrect.
Our contract of business, as the article states, is two years in length with a six-month notice period. This has been the case since TBN was
