I was disappointed to read the headline 'Networks tighten contracts to gain greater hold over members' in the February 2008 edition of Insurance Age. This is because the article wrongly assumes that all networks have tightened contractual obligations in regards to their members. However, in the case of Broker Network (TBN), this is entirely incorrect.
