Polly has had a busy month, what with swanning around the CII conference, jetting off to Spain and attending the Insurance Age awards. Talking of the CII, Polly was, apparently, not alone in taking the opportunity to catch up with old friends, and heard that one Phil Condon, formerly deputy managing director of collapsed insurer Independent, was also stalking the hall. Polly was, unreliably informed, that Mr Condon is in fact working as a consultant for an unnamed broker. Welcome back.
