SSP apologises to extremely frustrated customers

Technology company confirms work undertaken with MIB and insurer partners to agree emergency processes.

SSP has said sorry for the ongoing problems facing some brokers after a power outage at the company's Solihull Data Centre.

Affected users have complained of no access to emails, records and contact details to clients.

Frustrated brokers have criticised the firm for leaving them unable to do any work particularly on renewals and finding quotes for new business.

They have also warned of the long-term impact of the downtime on their businesses.
