Biba calls FCA to arms on comparison sites

Trade association urges action from FCA on aggregator findings.

The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) urged the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to take firm action to ensure that price comparison websites comply with regulatory standards and customer expectations.

The call followed the FCA's thematic review which revealed that comparison websites are failing to meet the FCA's expectations and that they have not implemented guidance published in 2011.
