Brightside sells-up to private equity for £127m
Deal values broker at 25p cash per share.
Brightside has agreed to sell to private equity firm AnaCap Financial Partners for £127m.
The deal has been structured through the creation of Belvedere Bidco, which is indirectly owned by AnaCap Financial Partners.
The price of 25p cash per share has been deemed "fair and reasonable" by Brightside's directors.
