County Insurance relocates head office in growth bid

County Insurance has moved head office as it sets its sights on boosting staff numbers.

The provider - which boasts branches in Southport, Chorley and Shropshire - has moved to a new building in Crewe.

The site will allow the insurer to increase head office staff numbers from 60 to 100. The broker has already forecast that it will hit £24m of gross written premium this financial year.

Speaking about the move, Tim Crighton marketing director, explained: "We have outgrown our current head office and needed bigger premises to house our increasing staff.
