Capita boosts board
The Capita Group has announced the appointment of Dr Nigel Wilson as a non-executive director, with effect from 12 May 2010.
Dr Wilson is group chief financial officer of Legal & General Group, appointed in September 2009.
Prior to joining Legal & General, he was chief financial officer of United Business Media since 2001 and was appointed as deputy chief executive in 2008.
