Charles Taylor appoints new board of directors
A new board of directors has been appointed at Charles Taylor Insurance Services (CTIS) as the latest stage of the development of the business.
The new board will focus CTIS on realising the growth opportunities in the market for outsourced insurance services.
The move follows the acquisition of CTIS, formerly Axiom Consulting, in May 2009 and the appointment of Stephen Card as chief executive officer in March 2010.
The new directors have all been appointed from within CTC and CTIS’s senior management team and include:
Stephen Card, who was appointed chief executive of CTIS on 1 March 2010. He has over 35 year’s experience of broking
