Helphire consolidation plan could affect up to 300 staff
Helphire Group proposes to consolidate its operations resource in a move that could affect up to 300 employees.
In a statement, Helphire said that "in line with previously announced plans to reduce its cost base, increase productivity and strengthen its competitive positioning", it proposes to consolidate its operational resource within two of its existing contact centres in the North East and North West respectively.
As a result, a 90-day consultation period is underway with 300 potentially affected employees within the Bath contact centre.
