GISC takes out intervention order againt FirstActive
The Enforcement Committee of the General Insurance Standards Council has taken out an intervention order with regard to First Active Insurance Services.
The order forbids First Active from accepting premiums of any kind without the prior consent of GISC. The order, which takes effect immediately, will subsist until First Active can demonstrate that it is in compliance with GISC rules.First Active is an insurance intermediary with offices at Lichfield Road, Branston in Burton on Trent.
