The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has chosen 'Delivering Value' as the theme for its 2009 conference. The theme was selected to demonstrate how the organisation and its member brokers bring value to the industry, business and consumers through professional work and experience.
Eric Galbraith, chief executive at Biba, said: "Delivering value is something the industry needs to address, particularly for people in the broking sector."
