Hiscox has been recognised as the top financial services company to work for in the UK. It was number 11 in The Sunday Times' 2004 '100 best companies to work for', beating previous winners such as Asda and Microsoft. The high net worth insurer also achieved top-100 status last year, and becomes one of only 59 companies to achieve top-100 status in 2003 and 2004. In its research, The Sunday Times found that 82% of Hiscox staff believed they could 'make a difference' to the success of the company
