Mark Hicks will assume the role of sales and service leader and oversee its business development strategy, while Richard has been promoted to client executive team leader. Andrew joins from Lockton as sales leader, and will focus on new business development and will lead the City office's sales team. Mark Lumley has been appointed as development executive
