The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has welcomed the Department for Transport's decision to allow motor insurance certificates to be delivered electronically. Graeme Trudgill, technical and corporate affairs executive at Biba, said: "We hope the introduction isn't delayed in any way and we are urging the government to fast-track the new regulations. Delivery will be faster and easier for clients, and will benefit the environment."
