A financial services academy is to be launched at Orpington College this month. The Banking, Insurance and Financial Services Academy will train 16-18 year olds on a full-time basis with a programme that will offer one-to-one mentoring and a paid internship. The academy will be equipped with eco-friendly flat screen computers and interactive Smartboards with a number of short programmes designed to fit around work schedules. It will also offer courses to update all employees on the latest
