Insurance managers fear dire prognosis for the year ahead

A survey published by the Chartered Management Institute has compounded fears for business across the insurance sector at the start of the new year. It showed that managers and business leaders in the sector were concerned about rising business costs, low levels of credit, the effect of employee disputes and low skill levels.
