Insurance bosses could be facing tribunal claims, unless they improve HR procedures, according to Peninsula Business Services (PBS).
The employment law firm warned businesses in the insurance broker industry that they may face an increase in employment litigation claims unless they improve their HR and employment procedures.
Peter Done, managing director, Peninsula, said that it was important for brokers to keep up-to-date with employment law and any changes that directly affected their businesses
