The Financial Services Authority ..

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has prohibited Alan Dennis Garlick, director of Chapel Finance, from carrying out regulated activities for management failures and a lack of skills, care and diligence. The FSA found that Mr Garlick failed to ensure GAP and payment protection insurance policies sold from 1 January to 20 April 2005 were underwritten. Chapel was also found to have failed to comply with client money rules.
