Belfast-based Open and Direct Retail Services (ODRS), the owner of premium finance provider Premium First, has been acquired by consumer credit provider Creation Financial Services (Creation) in a deal worth in excess of £250m.
Creation is the UK subsidiary of Laser, one of Europe's largest providers of credit and loyalty programmes. The company plans to use the aquisition to introduce the Laser UK brand and its wider offer into the market.
