Last month's Iron Trades conference saw speakers come out in supportof positive reform for the current employers' liability system and againstgoing to a 'no-fault' system as a possible alternative.

Chaired by Lord Hunt of Wirral, the conference focused on the Departmentof Work and Pensions' employers' liability (EL) insurance review anddiscussed issues of workplace safety and rehabilitation.
