Workers in financial services are prepared to be flexible if it will stop their colleagues losing their jobs, according to a survey of over 2,500 people by the independent campaign Keep Britain Working.
Some 97% of workers in financial services roles would accept changes in their working conditions in order to help colleagues keep their jobs. While 30% would accept a decrease in pay and 50% would accept a reduction in hours. However, like the rest of the UK, if senior members of staff asked for
