John Neal has been appointed to the newly-created position of chief operating officer for QBE European Operations. Mr Neal will work alongside Steven Burns, QBE European Operations ceo, to oversee much of the day-to-day running of the business, placing particular emphasis on developing further profitable growth and diversification for the QBE Insurance Group in Europe.
