Axa's "Back to the Floor" self-assessment exercise has demonstrated to the insurer how important it is for it to maintain face-to-face contact with its 7,000 agencies.
The exercise took place exclusively in Ipswich, where Axa handles its brokers and corporate partner accounts (including Egg, Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's). Seven members of staff took part in the three-day Broker Back to the Floor, including Andy Fairchild, customer service and claims director, plus operations and IT managers.
