Zurich's new customer-contact centre, recently opened in Cardiff, hasgenerated up to 230 new jobs, doubling the size of the operation. Thecompany has invested #1.7m in the facility, with the intention ofdeveloping it into a centre of excellence. Recruitment will commence inthe first quarter of 2004, when the new 40,000 sq ft premises will becompleted.
