The House of Lords Appeals Committee has refused Allianz Cornhill leave to appeal in the Flora v Wakom action. The Court of Appeal had previously refused Allianz Cornhill's application to strike out a part of Mr Flora's claim, which sought to link any periodic payments order to an index other than Retail Price Index.
