HSBC Insurance Brokers has installed new software designed to speed up the exchange of documents both inside the organisation and with its customers. The Secure Document Environment software, supplied by Intelligent Environments, automates access to regularly used documents, which can be viewed, downloaded or printed by users over the internet via a secure connection. The software also includes permission-based access to documents designed to enable the broker to provide improved customer
