The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has announced that Clive Briault will be leaving the regulator by mutual agreement at the end of April. Hector Sants, chief executive at the FSA, also revealed a series of management changes, including the appointment of David Kenmir as managing director of the retail business unit, in an acting capacity. Mr Briault's role will be advertised externally and internally, while Kathleen Reeves, HR director, will take on Mr Kenmir's current role as chief operating officer, also in an acting capacity.
