OutRight office

OutRight, the affinity phone and internet brokerage, is to adopt a paperless office to help ensure card security. The move comes after the BBC's Horizon programme recently highlighted the fact that financial details of hundreds of thousands of Britons were being sold by call centre staff. The company's new system will record all calls and scan and destroy all documents after seven days of receipt.
