Axa appoints new non-executive directors at Venture Preference
Axa has appointed Sandy Dunn as non-executive chairman and Ian Brimecome as non-executive director of Venture Preference (VP), the general insurance broker business owned by Axa.
Nicolas Moreau, group chief executive of Axa UK, said: "I am delighted that Sandy and Ian are joining the Board of VP. They both bring enormous experience in insurance and financial services. This is extremely valuable as we continue with our ambitious plans to build a high-quality independent distribution business of real scale in the UK market."
Mr Dunn has over 35 years’ experience in the insurance sector in Europe. He is currently the non-executive chairman of both Capita Insurance Services
