PMI given major boost by SME bosses in new study
New research has shown that one in two bosses of small businesses claim to encourage employees into healthier lifestyles and say that it reduces days off sick and improves staff loyalty.
Standard Life’s Attitudes to Healthcare survey, now in its eighth year, has released a special chapter related to small businesses - those employing fewer than 250 staff. The study also found that three in ten small business bosses believe they should be directly involved in supporting their employees’ health and wellbeing.
