Biba keynote speakers unveiled

Ruby Wax and Erin Brockovich will address the insurance industry as keynote speakers of the British Insurance Brokers' Association's (Biba) 2009 conference and exhibition, 'delivering value', to be held in Manchester between 13 – 15 May.

Ruby Wax, a qualified psychotherapist and comedy actress, will explore the ability of how to get the best out of people as businesses experience ever greater financial pressures, and the conference will be closed by Erin Brockovich who inspired an Oscar winning film and made her name as a champion of the underdog.

A statement from Biba said that there would be a lively industry debate which would delve into the reality of broking in the 21st century, investigate the problems and opportunities
