Charles Taylor Consulting snaps up Axiom Holdings
Charles Taylor Consulting (CTC) has acquired Axiom Holdings, an independent insurance and reinsurance support specialist for up to £7.85 million.
CTC's existing run-off and insurance support services operation, LCL, will be integrated into Axiom to form a new Insurance Support Services Division, named CTC-Axiom.
The insurance management and consultancy services already provides services to the London insurance market through LCL, however its most notable linkage is through its loss adjusting division (CTa). The company said its aim for the deal will be to increase its presence in London and expand its capability to offer support services
