Stackhouse Poland on acquisition trail
Stackhouse Poland, the specialist private client, corporate and charity insurance broker, has concluded its second acquisition in twelve months with the purchase of Surrey-based broker, J C Richards.
As a result of this acquisition the Guildford and London-based broker now controls in excess of £23m of gross premium via its 60 staff. Jeremy Richards, former managing director of J C Richards, will remain with the company and continue to service his private and corporate clients from the London offices of Stackhouse Poland.
