Being a high-street broker in this day and age can be a struggle. With personal lines income being attacked on all sides by the direct writers and new entrants such as Tesco, The Post Office and Sainsbury's, is there still room in the market for the high-street broker? Insurance Age spoke to Tony Brooks, managing director of Brooksure Insurance, to ask him about his experience on the high-street in today's market and what he has had to do to ensure his business remains a success.
