A quiet revolution is going on. Commercial brokers are now a part of the digital landscape and are challenging the perception that the sector still has too many paper-based old schoolers.
While more personal lines brokers may have be traded full cycle via the internet, this is the time for commercial brokers to shine, since they have a growing number of tools at their disposal.
