Brokers dealing with commercial lines face softening rates, but there are several potentially lucrative areas of the market left to explore, Edward Murray reports

Right across the commercial liability landscape rates remain soft as recessionary factors and stiff competition continue to bite deep into margins. This creates obvious problems for insurers and brokers looking to profitably manage their books of business.
