Time to take a stronger stand against fraudsters?

How can brokers help the industry fight the battle of claims fraud? As they are on the front line is there more they should be doing to combat fraud among their customer base?

Chris: I would start the other way round, I would actually say that if they haven't been active in pursuing fraud initiatives, then why is that? There are three things that I would put on the table for discussion. Perhaps it's the case that they don't understand the scale of it and the impact it has on value for customers
