Thomas, Carroll wins the award for the second consecutive year despite some impressive competition this year, after it continued to invest in and look after its staff better than any broker in the UK, resulting in virtually zero staff turnover

Despite the impressive companies shortlisted in this category, the judges felt that Thomas, Carroll deserved this award for a second year because it had set a benchmark for the industry and they were 'very impressed with the way it looked after its staff.'
Thomas, Carroll was founded in 1972 and currently employs over 70 staff at its Caerphilly-based business. The company has formally been Investor in People accredited since 1998 and currently allocates 1.5% of turnover directly
