Aberdeen-based broker H&R Insurance Services employs more than 60 staff split between two locations and specialises in motorcycle and motor vehicle schemes business, as well as offering household, commercial, travel and pet insurance.
Before deciding to outsource, H&R employed two full-time staff on handling claims. One obvious benefit of the decision to turn to an outside provider was that it allowed the firm to re-deploy two experienced individuals to more directly productive revenue-generating
