What was your experience in insurance before founding ALA?

None at all really. I’ve been in sales most of my working life. My wife and I have had our own business since 1990, beginning in the world of finance. I was employed in vehicle leasing and stuff like that, and so I started off as one of the first leasing brokers in the UK.
