What has been your insurance/broking related highlight of 2023? 

For me it was the launch of the Howden Ventures innovation hub in October, with £500m in delegated underwriting capacity from Lloyd’s carriers. It will help the Lloyd’s market invest in the innovation it needs in order to future proof it.

What has been the most over-hyped insurance/broking buzzword or phrase of 2023?
